I'm hoping that Bush gets in, even including the hand counts. That would provide the greatest sense of legitimacy to his presidency, although he would still have to live down the lies his people are telling about the "unreliability" of hand counts.

he missed one thing though, that the canvassing board keeps changing the guidelines... the last of such changes I suspect will be "if, at all, you have the slightest inclination, that this vote was intended for Mr. Gore, then by all means, go ahead and add it to the tally of Mr. Gore. Furthermore, if after the manual recount is concluded and, preferably but not necessarily, before it is announced, Mr. Gore is still short by no more than mere 930 votes, then, by all means go ahead and cast such ballots on your own. To achieve such a task expeditiously in the face of such unwarranted deadlines, you can make use of the votomatic machines. Please note that a manufacturing facility has been set up in Chicago to accommodate all your needs due to the fact that there might be a rush on the votomatic machines and the possibility that you may face some difficulty obtaining one."
