it's no longer about the "will of the people" I don't think anyone can fairly call "will of the people" when the votes are 50-50. However, if you apply the democrat definition, if Al Gore had gotten only 5% of the popular vote, he would cry that he got the will of the people. Heck, most of the 50% Gore did get, can't read and write. Some are in prison, and some are living on the streets. After 8 years of a democrat president, you would think these homeless, ignorant people would want a change. This is a catch 22, if these people were smart enough to see a need for a change, they wouldn't have voted Democrat to begin with.
