My decimal placement was incorrect; I stand corrected. It should have read .18%. However, CA still has 500K absentees to count I believe. Gore has not won the popular vote yet. Even if he would, it would not mean a damn thing since our country does not elect the President through the popular vote. Why is it acceptable for the Dems to change the rules midway through the game? Because they are losing......
