TG, That is encouraging, so all that is needed is time for AMD to do the coding and test it.
Well, so far they have not been able to emulate the SS1 and now SS2 is on the scene. Possibly the Ss1 emulators are coming with the next versions of the Athlon and it's derivatives?

TG-alt, I wonder if there is a chance that the Palomino delay is due to another spin of the silicon to add SSE2?
