Another chip in the bull's camp: Insider buying, lack of selling is the best since December 1998.....this sentiment indicator has also worked pretty well in the last 5 years..

This summer, there was heavy selling/lack of buying...that has reversed pretty significantly...

It does seem that we either need a panic break of 2850 OR some exogenous event (Supreme Court decision tomorrow for Bush?) to get any rally going....Given the quick rally/sell-off, though, after Friday's positive court decision for Bush, perhaps it is wishful thinking to assume a Bush victory in the courts will lead to anything sustaining.....Come to think of it, maybe a Gore victory (in the courts) will be the push over the edge to start the whole panic and rally thing...

Looks like tomorrow is the key 2850 battle day....Don hit it right on the nose, perhaps...
