In a nutshell she says that she doesn't buy eBay's 2005 growth targets based on decelerating collectables growth, that new initiatives will be more costly than she originially thought, thinks that eBay is no longer a buy-out candidate (where the hell she got that one is way beyond me), and thinks there's more downside because it had held up better than others so there's little valuation support.

That said she believes eBay remains one of the most valuable franchises due to its highly-profitable platform, yada yada yada.
