GM - Remember "Irrational exhuberance" ? When was that and how much was the NAZ? The answer to that question it seems ot me gives one quite a good feel for the question of "bottoms". The daily downgrade story it seems ot me has one possible beneift if it continues. I recall INTC getting downgraded a few short weeks ago and that dragged it down quite a bit. But then the company came out and said they expected to do just fine next year. Quite a strong statement as I recall it. Well blow me down if INTC didn't get downgraded last week or the week before and now again this week. The point is that sooner or later the effect of downgrading is going to diminish as continual downgrading will IMHO lose credibility. Best regards, L
