Once all the second and third teirs have collapsed and seem like they can't fall any further, CSCO will collapse and finish them off. That will be buy day. That is just my opinion. I see no upside to CSCO and have shorted the stock.

I realize you did not ask my opinion, but I guess you could say that is my way of saying...I am short
