Whats are some of the important peaks in the PUT:CALL ratio. Like OCT 98, or 87, and last OCT.

The problem with using PUT:CALL RATIOs for timing is that they can go higher. Like the VIX which hit 170 in 87 and 60 in OCT 98. Im not implying that it will get that high, just mentioning it that as a timing device, we wont know exactly where is the extreme.

My short-term technicals is about 2 days away from a CLASS 1 BUY signal, also not implying that it cant reverse from here either.
