Psychologically, I see Bush as winning the majority of this after election fracas. It also appears that Gore is not winning the re-count process, even if they allow it. Our country does need a president now. Limp duck (or is that lame dick?) Clinton is history :0) Put someone in office, and redesign the election process later.
