I don't see where that says that ships at sea send mail without postmarks. This seems in perfect agreement with the Republican Senators claim that missed postmarks were due to human error. I have a lot of respect for Schwarzkopf, however, it is important to distinguish between the ballots that were sent on time and those that were sent in the days following the election. I am still looking forward to the source of your statement that postmarks are "not available at sea." However, if you are willing to say you made an error, we will forget it.
