<People often use weapons to protect themselves against bad guys or wild animals>

Check the calendar..it's 2000, NOT 1888.

When I lived in the Sierras, most people had guns (not me).
Bears tried to break into houses, but no one shot them. Hunters came up to me and asked if they could "hunt" but I said no. I also told hunters to quit hunting from trucks, as I passed them on the road. A neighbor thought I was a trespasser on my own property, and came after me with a gun. Luck, not my "right to bear arms" was with me.

There has been "restraint of property" since 1892, when "zoning" was upheld against a copper smelter.

We live in an overpopulated world. Please adjust.
