<font color=green> New Epoch in Short Term Trading

Dave, the 'expertise' is staying up 20 hours a day and reading and studying everything written in English, translated, about the sector, company and testing all areas of possible support, fundamentals, P/E, Cash Flow, etc. I will continue to go short stocks that are way overvalued in an economic marketplace where tightening, and slowdowns and even recession might be the norm. I did say that this slowdown was spreading to other countries and stock markets and a bandaid call for a 'bottom' is as ridiculous as trying to stave the bursting of Hoover dam with some crazy glue.

I was never just a technical analyst, but a techno-fundamentalist.. What is going on with these markets you MUST have a combination of technicals and fundamentals and a modicum of knowledge of the economic climate. Forget the days when you didn't need to know what the stock symbol stood for. Today's that's about as good as throwing darts at moving targets at the local carnival. Now you have to know quite bit because when stocks move far below all support and are in freefall, there is no way to maneuver as a trader unless you are knowledgeable about every nuance in the stock, sector, you are trading. We are lucky we have the privilege of going short and trading the option puts or it would be too much cash outflow to get those tasty morsels on the short side.
