Thanks for the post David, that does explain the selling he has been doing. At 500,000 shares a year, it will take him 18 years to dispose of his remaining 9 million shares. I always watch insider sales closely, that has saved me money again and again. I'm still on the fence regarding LVLT, I'm usually a hardware investor, so I have been looking at NT and the people who supply NT like AHAA and TQNT. But LVLT is now trading at levels not seen since 1998, and that attracts my bottom-fishing mentality. Cheers, Tom
