Dean Witter BUSTED in their lies! Good to hear.

They made over $120 million in the scam. How much do you think they will get for it? 20 years? 10 years? 1 year? $200 million fine? $100 million fine? $50 million fine?
$20 million fine?

This isn't the Olympics. There is nothing fair about it.

Mark my words. Morgan Stanley Dean Witter will have to pay no more than a $4 million fine for this offense. And NOBODY will do jail time.

In the REAL world, this would amount to a busted shoplifter getting to keep 29 of every 30 items stolen!

But Wall Street is a world all its own. . . and they would probably argue that many of those who lost their money are dead now anyway, so why should they have to pay them back?
