Hi Rich - this election thing, probably it will take a bit longer. It is unlikely the FL SC would issue a ruling very quickly, since the CJ has commented about the weightiness of the issue.

Yes, ADI does look good. I bought it yesterday. In the meanwhile, I took a small $2 out of VECO and waiting for the next swoon down. Out at $47.25. Trying to get back in BRCM under $130 again, but they don't let me (g).

In edit, that was a fast down leg, back in QCOM at $84-3/4. Also back in VECO at $45 flat.
