Allen, I hope you're right with your bet on market rally after Thanksgiving.

I was wrong with my bet on post-election rally, and being on the wrong side set me back. Not feeling confidence about market direction in the near term, I'm back to basics, ie., maintaining long/short balance in the portfolio.

Im with you on the rally speculation.. I think its reaching a point where we either collapse or recover some %s.. I still cant help but think we could see some real huge selloff for whatever reason, and soon.. REally only because these things always seem to push further than anything we expect, just like the nasdaq over 5k- remember that? up 100, up 200, up 50, up 100.. just wouldnt stop..
