They're hacks and the democrats brag about it: At least four of the judges were also selected by the lawyer who is Mr. Gore's Florida counsel in this very case. He's Dexter Douglass, who was the chief judge picker for former Florida Gov. Lawton Chiles. "They'll know I'm at the table," Mr. Douglass boasted to the New York Times the other day about his Gore role before the Supreme Court today. interactive.wsj.com

What a ridiculously inflammatory statement. What will you do if the Court rules in favor of Harris? We have the irresponsible comments by GOP leadership to thank for your attitude. They should be ashamed for calling men and women, of the highest honor, impartiality into question. If we can’t count on the courts to demonstrate reasoned non-partisan judgment in this, we will have entered the lowest point in American history since the civil war. I think that some GOP Congressional leaders may be shooting for that type of political environment with their comments of late. Do you really believe your own bullshit?

Tell that to Gore, he's the one who made such a big deal about the Supreme Court in his election Giveaway/Scareathon Campaign. Gore is counting on them to be partisan!! Save your fingerwagging for someone else.
