I whole-heartedly agree. There is nothing wrong with telling a justice that you don't understand a question or asking them to rephrase a question, but interrupting and speaking over Supreme Court justices is NOT GOOD. I think the only reason he was not chastised here was because of the publicity on the event. I've sat behind the respondents table several times at Ohio Supreme Court cases, and have actually seen justices dress down the attorneys...it is not pretty. They will be steaming in chambers. Unfortunate too, I thought he was being quite cogent in his explanations to the justices in the beginning.
