Seventy years ago Dr Alexis Carroll after examining the intracacies of his little grandaughter's ear, proclaimed "THERE IS A GOD."

One day (as a kid), I was running through the woods, when a wasp stung me in my eardrum. The pain was unbearable: I ran and ran and ran; Finally, I was home. My mom put mercurochrome in my ear and banged my head, and the dead wasp fell out.

The ear is quite intricate, and is similar to a blacksmith's shop.
