mcweazy, I heard about the downgrades on CNBC at around 7:30. It was on briefing.com by 7:45 or so. tp

The people selling before the open this morning were the same people who were selling last week. They just received the news a little later than all the other institutional investors who dumped. It's difficult for the little guy to win in this type of environment.
