Right now Wells is being pretty tough on the Dems.

Looks like more delay. Gore is a man of poor character. He would put the country through this without a second thought.

Its a shame.

I disagree with your statement "The Bush lawyers were awful, IMO". They were combative, but I thought the judges asked ridiculous hypothetical questions that had no business being asked. They responded with some indignation, but with accurate legal answers. Don't know the proper protocal in a situation like that, but I liked their feistiness.

Now I am a bit scared that the Florida Supreme Court will re-write the laws to fit the dems position. I can't believe how many questions they asked regarding their own powers and jurisdiction. Don't they know what their job is?

Now more pins and needles until they make a decision.
