One of My Favorite pass times. The Smell is ... in -describle today. But the extra soaked hickory chunks are FROZEN!! :)

It's Cold here.

That pork shoulder is cookin real slow ... gettin really smoked. I even turned the tank valve down to make sure of it. 3 1/2 hours later it's starting to pull away from the bone [ not a chine bone roast ... the straight bone one ].

Almost done now.

I diluted the BBQ Sauce to about half ... to hydrate it now .. soften the crusty parts ... and make them stick instead of falling off in the grill. Slathering continues ...

I told Anne it was burned and to run out for a burger. Darn ... it didn't work. :)
