Gore has much better lawyers.

It was a good strategy to say they thought it would be fine if they did a statewide re-count. The Bush lawyers were then forced to smell the glove by saying that it was completely unfair to re-count in 3 Dem counties and that the deadline had passed for them to request re-counts. A few of Bush's guys were good, mainly the guy representing a GOP voter, but the rest look unprepared and didn't deal well with the direct questioning by the judges. One guy looked like he got completely tore apart. I thought a good lawyer has to be quick on their toes and be able to adapt to the situation? Apparently not Bush's guys.....

Also, MSNBC noted that 4 of 7 judges in particular were really tough on Bush's guys. How many out of 7 is a majority? -ggg-
