V>> Those judges seemed to be intent on finding out whether not certifying immediately, would have any effect. Bottom line is they have til Dec 18th. The judges seemed very intent on getting this matter clear. I think they feel like the only fair way is to allow the counts to continue......had the deadline been tomorrow, then I agree, they would let harris certify and then let the contesting pricess beging. But the simple fact that Florida will not lose it's count until dec 18, I think they let the handcounts continue...the big thing is they need to put their foot down. Do your counts, but get them done quickly, and do them fairly...none of this "trying to determine a voters intent". That phrase simply blows my mind......man, sheez, yhese judges need to wake up and smell the coffee...if a voters intent is not 110% clear, into the trash it goes......am I nuts to think this way...this seems so clear cut to me I cannot believe it is even open for discussion. Amazing. market looks like a dead dog...the fleas are starting to jump off looking for some warm flesh. Sure hope she wakes up soon. For some reason, I have no problem buying calls that go down 80% in a blink, yet it is rare I ever buy a call and even get a 5% gain.......I keep saying "it's me, it's me....then I look at naz 2800 or so, and go whew.....it's not me. Still would like to see finality to this mess, and the naz turn around. I am not intersted in anymore rmbs or jdsu at discount prices. I am sick of discounts...ready to do some shopping at saks or someplace expensive, but please get me out of these discount stores<ggg> Uglier by the minute
