Judges seemed to badger Bush team. WAY too much in the way of hypothetical questioning. At least several of the judges seemed 3rd rate, IMO. Dumbish, actually. I am not encouraged. M

Exactly Neo. They were completely backwards in their approach. I don't think they're competent enough to conduct "butterfly ballot voting" classes. Think they're all from Palm Beach? That one couldn't even understand the concept of the the 7 day period. In his judgement, if there was a 3 year filing period and someone waited 2 years 11 months and 29 days to file, something just wouldn't be quite fair. Florida keeps getting worse and worse. Give it up GW, the fix is in. alan w
