Carlyn F: I will be blown away if the Florida Supreme Court rules in Bush's favor.

I thought the Florida Sec of State lawyer did well and the Bush lawyers did well considering the grilling they received. The second "gray headed" Bush lawyer I thought did very well. He was more combative, but he told he Florida Supreme Court how the cow eats the cabbage. If they decide to legislate from the bench, the US Supreme Court would have to set them straight.

I found arguing with some Dems like Jesse Jackson or "the alien" futile as neither facts or reason matter, it is only about their agenda....period! . They all appeared to have been prepped by Jesse Jackson...LOL

Regards,
LG

"Do you think they have made up their minds?"

No. It does look to me like they have a leaning towards the Gore side of things. If they can justify how they feel about the situation AND remain within the law they will rule for Gore, imo. I still think it will be difficult for them to do this. That was one of the points I thought was well made by the Bush team.
