Good afternoon, Like everyone else, I watched the entire proceedings and will now take a bold step in predicting their decision. 1. They will allow the hand recount to continue in the 3 counties that started before they became involved. 2. They will order a halt to the recount started today as being untimely and unreasonable. 3. They will stress that the recount of the 3 counties should be included in the total tally but will stop short of actually ordering Ms. Harris to do so. 4. They will order a complete investigation into the existing election rules at the legislative level. 5. They will lift the injunction on Ms. Harris but she will decide to wait until at least the 3 counties have completed their recounts before deciding to include or not any of the votes and declaring a winner. 6. Bush will be the winner but I doubt before Thanksgiving. We shall see?? wb
