Ben - if it comes down to pregnant and dimpled ballots in Dade County and if it thereby goes to Gore, that County having changed its mind only when the wind seemed to be blowing against Gore, opens a large window for action by the Legislature to rectify what it will consider a wrong. I do not look to the Florida Supreme Court as the ultimate decision maker, unless Bush wins the hand count. If it comes down to dimpled/pregnant Dade County ballots, it will be virtually impossible for half the country to swallow. If the Legislature decides, at least the people of Florida have electoral process recourse against its members if they so desire. We'll see. Best, John
