I assume you meant to say the Court can declare any law it wishes unconstitutional.

But only the Court can create law from out of thin air and answer to no one. The Court can legislate from the bench and only impeachment can remove them. Congress can pass an amendment and the States can ratify it but the Court says what it means, independent of the original intent. This is too much power in the hands of the self anointed illuminade. IMHO.
