while your at it throw in a chicken, duck or goose while it is hot. make sure it is peanut oil (expensive) reuse it every year. strain it put it back in container.

might want to go with a smaller turkey if you do that.

there are some great rubs and marinades on the net, just type in fried turkey or cajun fried turkey
