I think it's risky trying to extrapolate the potential FSC decision from the justices' questions and body languages. You simply never know until they rule.

Judge Terry Lewis of the Leon county circuit court asked pointed questions too, but he ultimately ruled in favor of the FL SOS.

We shall see before too long, I hope. In the meanwhile, the market freaked out (again!) at the prospect of a "possible" Gore winning or prolongation.
