DoCoMo already caved years ago when they decided to go CDMA. The burden of handset licenses is not on them, it
is on the manufacturers and all of the major manufacturers for these handsets have expanded their licences in the last
two months.

It is a COMPLETE victory for QCOM. There are no other battles in Japan now.

With the exception of DDI success as relative to DoCoMo. This is a family feud, not a battle. Either way, QCOM wins
big.
