There is no evidence that Nixon ordered the Dem's office bugged or that he even knew about it.

. If you do not think that Nixon, by bugging the Democratic office in the Watergat was selfish - without regard for country, then, you are more narrow-minded than I tought.

All presidents, indeed all people, have flaws and do things they regret. When the choice came for each of these men between country and self, Nixon chose country and Clinton chose self. That much is pretty clear from historical record.
