Jim,

I can't see this market forming a bottom until CSCO breaks below $50 and hard. Until that happens, the Nasdaq will continue to bleed slowly. It's what Voltaire calls the Psychology of the market.

At least MSFT touched $50 which was nearly a 60% drop from its all time highs. This is just my humble opinion, of course.
