Ga Peach .. the shoulder should be done soon. It's Dark now and I'm tired of slathering the diluted BBQ sauce on it. gggg Besides it's COLD out today and I'm gettin hungry. I've just been leaving my coat on for an hour or so. I usually use some honey in my beans ... after the water is added .. but Browning the Bacon [ Heavily Smoked ] in the bottom of the cooking pot has a lot to do with the flavor. It gets all those little bits on the bottom in them when the pan is deglazed and the beans are added. I'll post the Salmon Cream Cheese Log .. It's modified .. it was a Kenny Rogers one .. add nuts on the outside if you want. I like my Smoked Salmon with out Nuts. Ray
