lsh you have the facts wrong. The Bush campaign has not said anything about granting an exception for the missing postmarks. The Bush campaign was reminding the officials of Florida the they should follow the consent decree that they agreed to in 1980 in regards to absentee ballots from the military and not follow the incorrect instructions of the operative of the democrat party who are in the executive branch.
