**OT***

The main arguments (for me) are that Shareholders totally got screwed. If you go back to January and look at the dollar volumes of the options. Everybody knew before the shareholders what was happening and what was going on with this stock. And the public totally got TOASTED. And wall street stole the money. Now they expect everyone to forgive and forget because they use the paper to acquire revenues. That sucks if you ask me.

IMO. (there was no coincicence about the timing of the merger and (subsequent) announcement. That was no coincidence. Believe me.) Now they are being asked again to bend over and Thank Ted Turner For all of the debt he has acquired over the years. And they are supposed to say thank you Ted. Give me a break.

Make Ted pay for his Screw Ups. With interest rates the way they are. Screw Ted Turner. Look at PSIX and tell me if AOLNet should be valued where it is. Give me a break. Look at the amount of debt and revenues and "impairment" expenses they (PSIX) had. Give me a break. Look at the performance of the High speed dudes and the bank bone dudes. and tell me if that is a business where you want to be. I don't know . But the stock performance has been horrible (DSL, Cable, ISP'S, (even copper mountain). AOL hasn't crashed because everybody is waiting for the other guy to break the Code (of silence) first. Give me a break.

Time Warner is Not a growth stock. If you're expecting a big pop after the (merger) announcement GO FISH. This will be digested until the END OF TIME.

"What are the main points of the agreement?"

So far I have the impression that each deal will be negotiated distinctly and separately with each customer. That suggests disclosure of each agreement should remain confidential so as not to compromise strength and complication of subsequent negotiations. Also leaves room for discrimination, but, I'm just thinking out loud.

Being the blood sucking, rape and pillage types these cable guys are, I have no doubt they'll make mucho grande bucks.
