Nice analysis. The fact that the bank only has recourse against the partnership assets (no recourse against the other assets of MXT) makes this a pretty safe investment for MXT. The only assets they have at risk are the 185 barrels they're contributing to the partnership. Would be nice to know what the royalty interest represents in terms of payout.
