LMAO...Bigtime....yea, this could open alot of doors.

I am contacting my lawyer first thing in the morning to get back that msft stock I sold in 1994 at .16cents. My intent was to actually buy 10,000 shares, not sell 10,000.

I also intended to sell everything, like you, earlier this spring. I didn't....but my intent was there nonetheless. Somebody owes me $350k....where the hell is it <ggg>. If the dimples win I want my damned money!!!

<<..I think if we get the right lawyers involved, we can show our true intent was to get out of this market, March 1st.<g>...>>

I want an appeal....what's the TRUE WILL of the average retail investor? It must be considered. There are A LOT of disenfranchised investors out there because of what Mr. Greenspan, The Houses and the Political Gurus have been saying. Folks are jaded and the market has reflux. It needs more than a strong dose of Zantac.....maybe a double shot of Prilosec will do <vbg>....We also could use some future leaders and investment firms with some integrity...may be wishful thinking....;-)

Regards,

Scott
