Joe not that I am saying that intel should not have released it but rather that it should not have raised expectations. Delaying the release would give intel an advantage of shipping them in millions. If nothing else intel would assure the investors that it is still a 500lb gorilla. Now they would ship 500k of p4 at the expense of probably few mils of piii. That by itself is not that great but if in addition to this intel would manage to push piii prices down that would result in a very costly lead. Regards -Albert
