Actually it will be visual confirmation that dimpled & pregnant chad barely mark a ballot. Me thinks it will be when they see this & are informed that the County election officials were who divined the intent. In one county, all three officials are Democrats & the other counties, it is 2 democrats & one republican.

Oh & the divining of intent need not be unanimous. Two for & one against still counts as having divined the intent to vote.

Somehow I think only part of the country will be outraged while another part will still think this is completely fair.

All right, that's it...
It is time for Surfer boy to stop ignoring this circus in Florida and make a statement.

The democrats suck!

Politics are now fair game here since QCOM has been so boring* the last 72 hours.

I was surprised to learn that in a number of cases around the country the state courts have held that any mark at all, even pen writing on a punch ballot, signals voter intent and is to be counted.
