I was also quite surprised that CSCO held up as well as it did, compared with JNPR and SEBL. A very positive sign.

I think the market will rally on the slightest positive encouragement from the FSC or elsewhere.

PS: INTC did well too, but much of its strength could be attributed to the release of P4 - a cash cow of the foreseeable future.
