Nah. (it is a big deal) It's big savings to pre-sort (standard) by zipcodes. and if you have enough going to the Same Zip you save more. Of course they (Amazon) sent them Bulk. (they may not have broken it down more than 3 or 4 <zip> numbers but it's still bulk.) (don't know if they still have pre-stamped permit numbers),,,,(i think the name substitutes for the permit #) It's been 4 years since i did it. Imp, The USPS entirely changed bulk mailing rate structures including how items are to be sorted. This is not bulk mail shipping and it is not inexpensive either.
