This was when they were taking all kinds of heat here about all the disconnects and delayed info that was coming from Cyber. Seems they just tucked their tail and ran rather than face up to the problems they had at that time. One VERY POOR decision, IMHO, and an example of just how far Cyber's commitment to it's customers has fallen since the buyout. Actualy, this decision came about BEFORE the buyout was complete - trying to cut to the bone to show good numbers, it appears. jb
