Dear American Spirit: I suspect we will know in a few more hours. If I were the judge I would throw it back to Ms Harris (where it belongs) and instruct her to wrap it up this weekend and include Broward and Palm Beach Counties but not Miami. I say that cause Miami didnt even start until yesterday (the day of the hearing) and isnt even included in the Petition. So that gives the Judges plenty of cover to not include them, and by wrapping it up this weekend gives the parties a little time to contest the results before 12/12. If they do anymore then that I would consider them Partial and attempting to change the direction of the election. Whether or not they allow Ms. Hariss to declare the winner now is up in the air in my mind. Personally I would, as the conditions in our law say she should. Incidentally, somewhere along the line IF recounts are to be accepted STANDARDS of SOME KIND must be made official. I have trouble understanding how the Judiciary rather than the Legislative has authority in this area. JDN
