Kenneth...you need to do a little more research here...absentee ballots had to have postmark...MILITARY ballots did not...per State law...per Katherine Harris...sorry...you lose on this.

Mason is correct. Here, Federal law trumps State law. While it is true that State law requires a postmarked, Federal law, as applied to State residents mailing their ballots while on active duty, does not require a postmark.
