However if they don't allow the recount democratic voters will pursue this after a result is announced. And could have the election overturned at a later date. Like I said before voters with inferior voting machinary will have a strong argument under the 14th amendment. As I said in earlier post.

The one and only resolution here is a full hand recount throughout the state. I don't believe that they can just do the democratic counties otherwise the Republicans will be denied of their 14th amendment rights also. With all the different voting machinary out there the only way the court can level it for all voters is to do a hand recount.
