We have always had ferrets for the last 16 years. First one was blind with cataracts. She was our first pet, and we've had two at a time eversince. I just got a lick from one, they are the goofiest little beings in the world. Singlehandedly saved me a ton of money over the years because my wife who used to dream of fur coats got broken of that thiinking when she figured out that the "finest" fur comes from their little cousins the minks, sables and ermine. Nobody with a heart could ever condone wearing fur.
