Jesse Jackson tries to put everyone in a box so he can make the most trouble. From what I've seen, the American military is first class in spite of the over-commitment and under-appreciation (=pay, benefits) of the Clinton Administation. I've seen no military man unworthy of profound respect, and that includes the ones Jesse Jackson tries to put in his own private box. I think they can do their own thinking and I think they did. Now let's open their ballots and see what they said. Gore seems to be afraid of that.
